It is an experience that takes place in the present, one that cannot be replicated, because every evening, every table, every sequence of dishes will be different, the result of the moment and the chef’s sensibility. This is the heart of AKOYA.

LOUNGE

The AKOYA Lounge is not just a prelude to omakase, but a universe unto itself with a distinct identity, where mixology meets a curated selection of wines and sake, as well as a menu offering small plates designed for an aperitif, a light dinner or after-dinner. The atmosphere is made unique by the music, with electronic and minimalist textures forming an integral part of the experience. The lounge thus becomes a fluid stage: guests can choose it as their sole destination, from aperitif to after-dinner drinks.

Akoya is the result of a conversation between chef Alessandro Daddea and chef Christian Mandura.

The dishes on offer consist of seafood, soy and mainly raw and cooked fish, the very essence of chef Alessandro Daddea’s cuisine, from which we cannot deviate. Any arrivals more than half an hour after your reservation time will not be accepted.
